You are right about a lot of things that you have decided to add your punditry to; however with regard to the current debate about border security and immigration, you are completely off base. Your constant exhortation to militarize the border in some totalitarian way- referring to your repeated use of following the Chinese example with North Korea- proves that you grasp neither the fundamentals nor the complexity of the border security and immigration debate. Unfortunately, that constant exhortation has been successful in spite of its incorrectness.
