20060801 Bible Study for the Day- Job 11-12

Job 11-12

We often feel indignation when someone does not believe us. How much more must Job have felt as his friends accused him of some secret sin as the source for all of his troubles? But Job responded eloquently, pointing out that their arguments were not God’s ways but mans, and that is a lesson we would do well to remember in our own time as we are constantly assaulted by the world’s ways. We must remember that the devil, the world, and our own sinfulness will stop at nothing to turn us from our God and our faith, and that activity is persistent.
