Who didn’t see this coming: a pair of doctors in Britain want Brits to limit themselves to just two children because each additional child helps contribute to global warming.
So, now children are nothing more than a carbon footprint?
Of course, should we be surprised that scientifically trained people who put their own reason ahead of the testimony of God’s creation would conclude that the gift of children is a liability? They’re so busy concentrating on what they think that they can’t see what they’re being told.
Then again, most of us aren’t any better. With American and European birth rates plummeting, the Western world is rapidly headed toward the very kind of depopulation these scientists suggest. Somehow, when that happens, I suspect global warming will be replaced by global depopulation as the cause du jure.
