My wife and I are listening to the debate, and she commented that Obama does not seem very good at extemporaneous speaking.
In thinking about this, we both agree that his pauses and stumbling make him sound like he is trying to find a way to explain what he is saying to a child. Are the rest of Americans children? According to Obama, most likely.
