Worldview has had a recent rash of spam user registrations that have caused me to have to do some work cleaning out the registered user database. While I am being as careful as I can as I delete spurious users, the possibility still exists that I will make a mistake. If I do accidentally delete a legitimate and active user account, I apologize in advance and will correct that error as quickly as possible.

No, it’s actually a pretty common thing. I just let it get out of hand, and now I have to spend so time cleaning things up.
