No means no

From an email I recently received from a human relations department of a company where I had applied for several jobs:

Dear Dennis Hitzeman,

Thank you again for your interest in employment with [company to which I applied].  We have carefully re-evaluated your file; however, we will not be considering your application further.

Thank you for your interest and good luck in your job search.

Sincerely,

Dayton Recruiting Department
[Company to which I applied]

Apparently, I didn’t get any of the jobs, but I’m not sure.
