20070115 Bible Study for the Day- Isaiah 49:1-50:3
At first glance, these verses seem like a repeat of what has already been said. How many times do God’s people need to hear that they have sinned and that God will redeem them? Honestly, we cannot hear that fact and promise enough, but in this case, the promise is spoken of its full truth, as this prophecy is not just God talking to the Jews, but to His Messiah that He has promised.
