I recently wrote about how the Mainstream Media carefully crafts their stories in order to present facts in a way that slants the conclusion away from the truth. Grim at Black Five notes the same phenomenon.
The moral of the story? The MSM cannot be the only source of our daily news simply because they do not report just the facts. I do not claim that the sources I direct people to are any more unbiased, but misrepresenting facts to tell a story is lying, not bias.
We all need to think for ourselves, and we cannot make good decisions without good information. We are “losing†in Iraq not because of military incapacity but because of bad opinions based on bad interpretations of the facts.
