Tired of this yet? Only 26 more days to go.

At least I go caught up today. I didn’t reach my goal of 10,000 words, but I did get to 8,186, which is a 36 percent increase and puts me 1,518, or almost a full day, ahead of where I need to be as of today.

The story itself is teasing me a little bit. I intentionally did not do much planning before I started writing this month, mostly because I felt like I needed to knock a little rust off the creative wheels caused by the hiatus I had to take from writing over the past several months. From that perspective, my experience so far has been outstanding, because the wheels are starting to grind away again.

It’s just like falling off a bike. No wait, that should be riding, right?

Talk to me again after tomorrow.
