    Numbers 28 and 29 is a restatement of the sacrifices and feasts discussed in both Exodus and Leviticus. Their presence again brings focus to the importance of both the sacrifices and the feasts as part of God’s commands to the Israelites.
    Their repetition also points out one of the ways that God ensures that there is no way for us to mistake His will on matters of importance because they are often repeated. There is little doubt that statements that are repeated throughout the Bible are important for us to understand and consider.
