How often does God call out to us as Christians and we fail to hear? Do we even believe that God speaks directly to us as individual Christians anymore?

This is a stark warning for anyone who will listen, because it is a warning against abusing the very gifts of Grace God has given each of us. Too often, it is tempting to ignore the kind of life God would have His faithful lead and to pursue after the things of sin, the world, and the devil, presuming God’s Grace as a cloak against the consequences of such sin.

Hannah’s prayer before the Lord is a prayer of victory. It is a prayer that all of us who have experienced God’s Grace in our lives can relate to, because in her prayer she reminds us that God sets all things right, for the sake of His Kingdom and for the sake of those who are righteous in Him.
